Keep Warm Travel Underground
Kathleen Stenning designed 'Keep warm - travel Underground' for the Underground Group in 1925, one of a weather-themed series (alongside 'Avoid the wet' and 'Take cover') that turned bad English weather into a reason to ride. The poster reduces winter to a field of snowfall dots with a warm-lit train below, making the practical promise - shelter and movement underground - through pure visual contrast rather than copy. It is held in the London Transport Museum collection.
